A cookie
A cookie is a small file (less than 4 kb), stored by the Site on the hard disk of the Contact, containing information relating to the navigation habits of the latter.

Best effort obligation
When a company is held to an obligation of means, it means that it commits itself to put at the service of the customer all the means at its disposal to execute its obligation. The company is not required to achieve a specific result but it promises to do everything possible to achieve it. (according to french law Obligation of means)

Legitimate interest
An interest is considered legitimate as long as it is pursued in accordance with data protection regulations on the one hand and any other relevant regulations on the other.

Personal Data

Pseudonymization
Pseudonymization consists in replacing directly identifying data, such as the first and last name, by indirectly identifying data (alias, classification number, etc.). It is therefore still possible to trace the identity of the Contact through third-party data. Therefore, pseudonymized data remains personal data.

Purposes of processing
The purpose of processing is the purpose for which the data is collected and used. The data may not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with this initial purpose.
